AN ENDLESS SUMMER

volume 01

AN ENDLESS SUMMER
Volume 1

Summer is a state of mind. Seasons are more ambiguous than ever. The Heat is (always) on, but some of us like it hot. Or, have convinced ourselves that we do anyway. Endless Summer is our first of which we put together while y’all were snoozing in the afternoons with the AC turned way, way up.

Matinée

We are all about building communities in the city. We're committed to this, both on and offline. While we're fortunate to have a physical co-working space at The Biv, our community is made up of more than people who book seats and reserve meeting rooms.

Matinee is our bi-monthly online magazine. With a deep focus on the city of Delhi and the characters who make it home, it extends the Biv's tentacles, inviting people in. Warmth, light-heartedness, and language that is decidedly anti-jargon characterizes our voice. We firmly believe that some of the most insightful observations are communicated in this way, and our desire to create Matinee also addresses our longing for easy reads that are both smart and fun. Our contributors are made up of talented writers, readers, entrepreneurs, artists, chefs, and people whose work we love.

And should you be interested in contributing, we'd love to hear from you.

Letter to a Stranger

To the stranger from that cold birthday night in Glasgow, It was a cold night in Glasgow – your city, one I knew little and loved well. I had just turned twenty-nine, and was determined to make something meaningful of it. My friend, H, and I were walking down the street searching for a bar, when we bumped into a squad of men, to which you belonged.
